What is Stonewall Sports?

Stonewall Sports, Founded in 2010 is an LGBTQIA+ community based, non-profit sports organization that strives to raise funds for local non-profit organizations through organized sports. Our league values each player for who they are and what they bring to each leagues community.

 

Our Vision

We believe every person should have the ability to feel comfortable being oneself in organized sports. Stonewall Sports Norfolk values each player for who they are and what one brings to our community. In addition we believe that organized communities have the ability and responsibility to support others in need.

We’ll have four courts and all the necessary gear (paddles and balls). First come first serve, doubles format, but no need to worry about bringing a partner – we’ll work that out for you. All experience levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced. Experienced players will be on-hand to instruct and demonstrate as needed for players that are new to the game.
